Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital software licenses, products are considered “used” once the key is revealed. Refunds are primarily granted for technical defects.
Refund Eligibility
At Nexus Digital Store, we want to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:
- The license key is defective or non-functional (and our support team cannot fix it).
- You received the wrong product by mistake.
- The digital key was never delivered to your email.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Compatibility Issues: Your hardware does not meet the software’s minimum requirements.
- Buyer’s Remorse: You no longer want the software after the key has been delivered.
- Wrong Version: You accidentally purchased the wrong edition (e.g., Home instead of Pro).

If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. To speed up the process, please include:

- A brief description of the problem.
- A screenshot of the error code or activation window.
